High-performance thermoplastic, very high strength, thermal and chemical resistant. PEEK is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic with excellent mechanical properties and chemical over a very wide temperature range.

Core Parameters
1. **Mechanical**: Tensile strength 90-100MPa, HDT (1.82MPa) 150-160℃, good impact resistance (not brittle at -40℃).
2. **Thermal**: Continuous use temp -200~260℃, low thermal expansion (4.5×10⁻⁵/℃).
3. **Chemical**: Resists oils, acids, alkalis; insoluble in common solvents.
4. **Processing**: Suitable for CNC machining (milling/turning), requires high temp (340-380℃ for molding).
Application Industries
1. **Medical**: Implants (spinal cages), surgical tools (high biocompatibility, autoclavable).
2. **Aerospace**: Lightweight structural parts, wire insulation (high temp/corrosion resistance).
